How Do I Get Started?

To sell real estate in the State of Colorado, you must obtain a real estate license from the Colorado Division of Real Estate. In order to become licensed a prospective associate must:

Complete four real estate pre-license classes.
Broker sponsorship
A combined score of 75 on the Colorado Division of Real Estate examination.
